ReAct Adult Protection Curriculum

The ReAct Adult Protection Curriculum was developed in 2011 as a joint effort between Vancouver Coastal Health and Fraser Health. It has since then been adopted in various ways at the other health authorities.

There are 11 modules created specifically to teach health care clinicians working in health authorities who have the role and responsibility to receive and investigate reports under the Adult Guardianship Act on adults aged 19 and above experiencing abuse, neglect, and self-neglect.

Module 0 is an online pre-requisite to this course. You can find the pre-requisite by going to the Learning Hub and searching for “ReAct: Act on Adult Abuse and Neglect – It’s Your Duty” in VCH/PHC/IH/NH or “Adult Abuse and Neglect – ReAct (Online)” in Fraser Health.

Hover or tap (if on mobile) on any of the images below to see the titles of each of the 11 modules within the full ReAct curriculum.
